Llama's Mmama Rants Sometimes...

My youngest LOVES llamas...always has...kids at school nicknamed her "Llama" yrs ago...more people in her high school know her as Llama than by her given name...I am her Mmama...also nicknamed by the kids...2 L's & 2 M's at the beginning...just to make it more simple. Sometimes I RANT...and THIS seems like as good a place as any! Additionally, I LOVE ART, PUPPIES (ALL CUTE ANIMALS really), MUSIC & MUSICIANS!

Peanut Butter Heath Bar Cookies (by Bunny Spice)
2 cups creamy peanut butter1 cup light brown sugar, packed1 cup granulated sugar2 eggs1 tsp vanilla2 tsp baking soda½ tsp kosher salt1 cup Heath bars (about 21 miniatures), chopped
Heat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, sugars, eggs, vanilla, baking soda, and salt until smooth. Fold in chopped Heath bars.
Scoop by the tablespoonful and shape dough into balls. Place two inches apart on parchment-lined cookie sheets. Use the tines of a fork in a criss-cross pattern to flatten balls.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, rotating the cookie sheets halfway through, until puffy and golden. Let cool slightly before transferring cookies to a wire rack.
